Khayyam began his career in the United Arab Emirates as an Electrical Engineer in Kharafi National – UAE branch in 2001 and moved forward through many major employers such as Juma Al Majid establishment, Nurol General Contracting, Zarouni Group, Pivot Engineering & General Contracting. Today he is the General Manager of Crown MEP Technical Services and Civil Works.
He also obtained an MBA degree from British University in Dubai in addition to the other international credentials such as Project Management Professional (PMP) and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA). He is also a member of Engineers Australia.
Khayyam has extensive experience as a main contractor, a consultant and a client representative. His main focus had been on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) in addition to his extensive experience in fit-out and civil finishing works in residential, hospitality, educational and commercial buildings. Moreover, he has sound experience in energy efficiency consultations and renewable energy techno-commercial proposals.
